The procedure of arranging timetables is one of the most time-consuming yet important tasks in every academic year. Although some timetabling softwares can solve the problem, their operation of data setting still takes time, and their document printouts may not fully customise for different schools’ needs.
We, LayOut Fine Tune, are the timetabling service provider that was founded in HONG KONG in 2003. We have over 20 years of timetabling experience. We would like to provide excellent services for schools to expedite the process of arranging timetables and offer a set of tailor-made printouts with a reasonable price.
Our service price is clearly calculated according to the scale of your school, i.e. the number of classes, teachers, special venues, lessons on each day etc.
Since we are selling SERVICE instead of a software,
- You DO NOT need to install extra apps or upgrades. Free of concern about the issues of the software compatibility;
- You DO NOT need to read any operation manual;
- You DO NOT need to attend any software training for the timetabling;
- You DO NOT need to process any timetabling data setting.
All you have to do is communicate with us by chat app throughout the timetabling procedure.

- Annually teachers deployment, with classes and subjects details;
- Basic information related to the timetable; and
- The timetabling conditions.
